Most agents will charge 6% total. 3% for the selling side and 3% for the buying side. Our fee on the residential listing side is and always will be 1.5%. What you pay the buying side agent is up to each client. The buying side commissions are an option and are negotiable. This adds up to a significant savings and can be adjusted for current market conditions. For Land and Lot Sales, please contact our agents for details and rates. This enables a seller to have negotiating room and price the home competitively so it will sell faster and save you money at the same time.
